About Us

    Our proprietary search engine software allows you to find the exact products and services that you are looking for with great speed and ease. By answering the questions provided, you can find the right menu, venue, entertainment and any/all services necessary to plan, organize and manage your entire event in one easy to use place.

    Once you have narrowed your search to a select few vendors that truly match, you can view all of the information you need to know about them including all credentials, client and professional testimonials, menus of products and services as well as current booking availability and prices. We even have comprehensive video interviews that personally introduce you to their business, specialties and why they may be the best fit for you.

    Once you have decided who you are interested in working with, we will provide you with a preliminary proposal based on your needs and selections of menus and/or services from the comfort of your own home. While we encourage those of you who want to take your time exploring on your own, we want you to know we are here to help you.


How Do We Choose Our Vendors?

“Vetting” is a fancy word for:  How to find out if the people you are about to hire and eventually pay for a job to be done are the right ones.

We believe you want a recommendation from someone that has worked along-side of them and knows their work ethic and quality of work first hand.  

We started with those we knew and trusted first and then built our teams of great service providers strictly through the high recommendations of the best professionals.  Of course background checks, proof of Insurances or other Credentials are all necessary as well.

We would never recruit from a list.                                                                                             

Our job was to not only find talented and skilled providers but we also chose them based on other important intangibles like:

  • Are they responsive to our calls or emails when we need them?  
  • Are they consistent and reliable?
  • Do they follow up and follow through with their promises? 
  • Are they patient?  (We know this is a big one because Events can be a stressful undertaking)
  • Just as important as all of the above; Are they genuinely nice people to work with?

Once we know they are who we just described, then we have done our “Vetting”.
